China will get this as because they mean the ministers of left party have tried to export disasters to the rest of the world. Jing ping should stop doing nonseses and take care of the citizens of china

Being an Indian I want to say Wion should focus on problems related to India and try to address them rather earning money from views earned through click-baits, let Chinese people fix their problems. They know how to clean messes better.

China can easily overcome this … Because China manufacturers stuff … Unlike US which was already closing companies & were moving to china much before Lehmann even fell.

The only way out is to let the buyers work on the bldg and finish construction … It's not a complete loss … There is possibility to complete projects… not necessary payback the buyers…

Buying flats in cities is EXACTLY the he same… ANY city in the world you put your entire lifetime savings in buying a dream… not a flat… a place where we will not live more than 50yrs… (without reconstruction) No species does this… EXCEPT mankind… That's is why humans are the dumbest species
We do all this still get polluted air, chemically treated water, tiny living space smaller than a cowshed, expensive electricity, expensive food, almost no pets allowed, so high in the air where there is NO ESCAPE in case of fire or earthquake….Crazy only we humans can do such stupid things!

And the funny thing is, this is happening in a “Communist Country” but the people itself are being looted here.

Remember hearing about the BRIC countries?
That’s Brazil, Russia; India; and China; the governments of these countries wanted to compete against the American dollar; and possibly make it a useless currency.
Now these countries’ economies are in the “gutter “!

300 billion is nothing ! Just for comparison, US uses RM1.8 trillion just issuing US600 cheques for those in dire need. It has done nothing to the economy. This is 6 times the debt of Evangrade. I don't see a huge problem….CCP will eventually save it from liquidation because of the people. Chinese reactions are very extreme when it comes to the prospect of loosing their lives savings. The company is still there but in deep trouble….they did not abscond the money and left buyers in a lurch. They have still huge uncompleted projects. They need a huge bailout and a restructuring exercise to manage the risk.
