Seven-year-old Kynlee Heiman is both a beauty and a “beast.” The pageant queen is putting adult gym sharks to shame with her rippling six-pack — which she maintains via her “healthy diet” and strict workout regimen.
Her proud mother frequently shares the ripped rugrat’s accomplishments with her nearly 700,000 collective followers on TikTok and Instagram.
“She loves them and is proud of how toned she is,” the toned tot’s mother Angel Heiman told Caters News Agency of her daughter’s Challah bread-evoking belly. “She does lots of ab exercises to keep them prominent.”
She added, “Kynlee is so little but so strong. I slept next to her in a hotel recently, and it was like sleeping next to a little brick.”
The Los Angeles native says her “solid” daughter has had a six-pack since the tender age of three, one of several milestones she achieved super early.
The other was conquering the world of child beauty pageants. First entering her beauty competition at age 2, little Kynlee demonstrated a natural aptitude for performing at a young age.
Angel would even bring her daughter along to her work at a cheerleading gym, and observe as the then three-year-old quick study picked up the complex cheer routines just by watching.
Her daughter was a natural, per her mom: The prodigy reportedly loves to get gussied up in glamorous girlie outfits, and had her first trip to the nail salon at age two.
Now, Angel claims that Kynlee’s cosmetic talents have surpassed her own as she can MacGyver a full face of makeup that most adults would be jealous of, as seen in multiple videos online.
Her talents weren’t limited to primping for the public. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020, Angel started practicing gymnastics using their abundance of home equipment — whereupon she fell in love with the sport.
By age 5, little Kynlee started to attend a gym where she trained and honed her skills.
Mama Angel explained that her multifaceted tyke “can’t wait to start competing in gymnastics competitions now that she is old enough” and is very “very focused on becoming an Olympic gymnast one day.”
While pursuing her lofty goals, Kynlee developed a shredded physique that belied her tender age. Various photos show her flexing her abs, which look so cut they seem photoshopped.
To maintain her action figure-like abs, this super-cut Kewpie doll hits the gym several times a week with a focus on stomach workouts, and also maintains a strict diet.
“She eats very healthily too, which she loves to do, but she also likes cookies,” Angel explained. “She’s so active all the time, it doesn’t matter if she has treats.”
Despite her daughter’s disciplined routine, Angel claims that Kynlee’s Adonis-esque abdominals have to do with “genetics too” as three of her other children are similarly ripped.
“Kynlee and one of her brothers are always competing on who has the better abs,” the proud parent gushed. Not to mention the fact that the aspiring celeb’s abs predated her workout routine by several years.
Unfortunately, not all the attention this fun-sized superhero garners is positive.
“She does sometimes receive negative comments about her six-pack on social media, but I delete them or just ignore them,” declared Angel. “I don’t want to look back and think I had to hide my child because other people couldn’t handle her. She’s an inspiration.”
She added, “She trains hard and is strong, what am I supposed to do about it?”
Of course, there’s also the concern of thrusting someone into the spotlight at such a young age.
However, mom insists that Kynlee is a natural-born performer with a bubbly personality that’s over the top without being obnoxious.
In fact, Angel claims that in addition to being an Olympic gold medalist, her pride and joy dreams of being an actress when she’s older.
