She’s famously known as the woman with the “world’s largest lips”—but here’s how she looked before all the surgeries.

It started with just one too many injections.

Spending over $26,000 on lip fillers alone has earned Andrea Ivanova that infamous title.

Since 2018, Ivanova has been transforming her appearance—not just through excessive lip injections, but also through chin reshaping and elongation, jawline sculpting, and cheekbone enhancement, according to the Daily Mail.

By 2022, the Bulgarian woman had already undergone nearly 32 procedures in her quest to resemble a real-life Bratz doll.

Now, images of her pre-surgery appearance have surfaced—and the transformation is truly striking.

Ivanova admits she knows her lack of a love life is probably linked to her extreme cosmetic choices. Still, that, along with the known health risks, hasn’t stopped her.

“My doctor was afraid to inject more hyaluronic acid into my lips, but I was adamant that I wanted more, and I will not stop,” she told the outlet.

“But this time, I wanted to experiment with myself to see how many injections and [amounts of filler] would affect my body.”

Despite repeated warnings from doctors that her obsession with injections could be dangerous—even fatal—the social media model remains undeterred.

In addition to her facial modifications, Ivanova has also undergone breast augmentation surgery, increasing her size from a 75C to a 75E.

As extreme as that may sound, at least Ivanova didn’t experience a surgical disaster like one model who claimed her butt implants actually fell out.

Chelsea Robinson, for example, has reportedly spent over $140,000 on cosmetic procedures.

Back in 2019, the then 29-year-old traveled from London to the Dominican Republic for butt implants.

After returning home (and hopefully healing), she was working out at the gym when she suddenly felt something wasn’t right.
